Who said the McLaren 650S isn't an eye-catcher? We guess no one; except those who aren't a big buff of British car brute. Hope so, in an order to retain its foothold strong in the ground, the adored McLaren announced a special edition "650S" - limited to 50 units.
The limited run model is actually drawn into flesh from the 650S Coupe Concept shown in China earlier this year.
Briefing the exterior changes, the carbonfiber trims were spotted on the side-wings and the central section of rear bumpers. Set of Super Lightweight alloy wheels were aided in reducing the kerb with titanium bolts.
The cabin of '650S special edition' is mostly bare-basics. But a slice of luxury can be experienced with carbon black leather and Alcantara on upholstery. Stylish satin lacquered carbon fibre detailing extends throughout the driver and passenger zones. A signature dedication plaque mounted to the MSO-branded carbonfibre sill panel complete the enhancements.
Prices will start at £252,500 for the limited edition 650S 'Coupé' and £272,500 for the 'Spider'. Hope so, the sold out board will not take too for it to reach the end of road.
